Patient Billing
Payment is due at time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We offer several payment options, which are as follows:
- Check or Credit Card: Always accepted. We take Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
- CareCredit: Apply online (www.carecredit.com) or in our office.
We will send you a billing statement each month. Most insurance companies respond to claims within four to six weeks. If your monthly statement arrives after this time period and does not match what your total should be after insurance, contact our office. Please note that you are responsible for any balance remaining after insurance coverage.
